Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.
- Cut and trim meat and chicken to prepare for packing.
- Remove parts such as skin, feathers, scales, or bones from carcass.
- Inspect chicken and meat product for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.
- Operating machines which slice, peel, skin and crumb
- Performing various tasks involved in the processing of poultry products, including but not limited to, deboning, trimming, and packaging
