  • Obtain the accreditation by submitting the necessary documentary requirements at Migrant Workers Office from the employer
  • Once done, it is imperative that the accreditation is registered with the DMW in the Philippines

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
  • Receive the Manpower request or job order which outlines job details, salary rates, job titles and site of employment
  • Sourcing of candidates based on job requirements and conducting initial interviews, evaluation, and assessment
  • Shortlist candidates and perform background checks
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to clients for pre-qualification
  • The client will schedule an interview for final selection
