MWO & DMW ACCREDITATION
Obtain the accreditation by submitting the necessary documentary requirements at Migrant Workers Office from the employer
Once done, it is imperative that the accreditation is registered with the DMW in the Philippines
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
Receive the Manpower request or job order which outlines job details, salary rates, job titles and site of employment
Sourcing of candidates based on job requirements and conducting initial interviews, evaluation, and assessment
Shortlist candidates and perform background checks
Endorse shortlisted candidates to clients for pre-qualification
The client will schedule an interview for final selection
