MWO & DMW ACCREDITATION
- Obtain the accreditation by submitting the necessary documentary requirements at Migrant Workers Office from the employer
- Once done, it is imperative that the accreditation is registered with the DMW in the Philippines
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
- Receive the Manpower request or job order which outlines job details, salary rates, job titles and site of employment
- Sourcing of candidates based on job requirements and conducting initial interviews, evaluation, and assessment
- Shortlist candidates and perform background checks
- Endorse shortlisted candidates to clients for pre-qualification
- The client will schedule an interview for final selection

- Completion and verification of documents of the selected workers
- Contract Preparation provided by the employers
- Preparation of Forms
- Signing of Contract and Forms
DEPARTURE DOCUMENTS
- Final Medical
- Visa Application
- Pre departure Orientation Seminar
- Family Orientation to be conducted by CPRSI
- Overseas Employment Certificate and Flight Ticket
