CHICKEN PROCESSOR

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.
  • Cut and trim meat and chicken to prepare for packing.
  • Remove parts such as skin, feathers, scales, or bones from carcass.
  • Inspect chicken and meat product for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.
  • Operating machines which slice, peel, skin and crumb
  • Performing various tasks involved in the processing of poultry products, including but not limited to, deboning, trimming, and packaging
