Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery. The role involves conducting technical analysis, preparing detailed engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting continuous improvement in production and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, machinery, and components.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for new or modified mechanical systems.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify areas for optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to achieve project goals.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and maintenance records as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in mechanical design, maintenance, or industrial engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of European or ISO engineering standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- Registered or licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC or equivalent).
